1996 marks the disposal of golf equipment company Etonic and the listing of the greater part of Proventus’ holding in Puma. Proventus also launched a tender offer and subsequently acquired 100 percent of Orrefors Kosta Boda together with Royal Copenhagen and Scandinavian Equity Partners.
