- Refinancing

Company situation:                       
- Mature and cash flow positive companies or challengers in mature industries with development potential

Geographical focus:                        
- Nordic region

Risk management:                          
- Financial covenants
- Pledge in assets (if balance sheet permits)
- Board representation

• Public corporate bonds

Investment size:                             
- EUR 2-15 million

Geographical focus:                        
- Nordic region
- Western Europe
- US
